Could an auction be setup by which bids on an item exceeding a set price have percentages distributed to developers?

A donation also being an entry into the auction escrow to protect the bidding from spam. Skin in the game destined to developers/organizations.

I saw some options out there with paddle and scarcecity, but I was hoping for an auction engine from a nostr client. An open market?

Reputation from the seller would have to be earned of course.
