You earn sats while you listen for every min it’s a random amount for only the first hour then they have promotions you can earn when you listen. I earned 75 sats a min yesterday but mostly 1 or 2 sats a min

It's not ongoing. It has sone of the best talks of Andreas Antonopolous and you can find it on most podcast apps. Some old gems in there. Highly recommend.
