Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian president Vladimir Putin’s Aide for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov have now arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Russo-American talks on the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War.
