No, but I'm sure there will be amazing music sharing things in the future built stop Nostr in the future. All the bits are there, we just need the bobs.
Imagine a Nostr client that lets you upload your music. Any music app can access it over Nostr. You can browse your friends libraries, and add music from them to your own. A global music library if you will.
Soulseek already has the community. I just want a nostr client that accesses and has built in music forums on top. That's what I think would be cool:)

It has actually working implementations, can parallelize downloads of a single file from multiple servers, has lower barrier to entry for providing a file, can work for multiple files in one, reduces impact of malicious peers, and supports web seeds

the more you think about it the more you realize bittorrent is a better choice than blossom
first, you can exclusively use web sources, and it does parallelization for you, and verifying the file
add peers and you now have censorship resistance that’s better
one big problem with blossom is that you have to download the entire file to make sure it’s actually valid
so if there’s a 1 hour video uploaded that takes 3GB at 8Mbps you need to download the entire thing or else any blossom server can tamper with it
