So, effectively, crypto bans are just crock in Russia and China. They’ve just banned crypto exchanges and wallets. All you need is VPN to access Binance and an overseas bank account to fund your transactions! It’s very easy to remotely open a bank account in the USA.

I think the only real way global governments can regulate crypto is to come to a consensus to require KYC for accessing crypto exchanges or wallets
