The cherry bourbon pie was delicious. Unfortunately the cranberry walnut pie was a baking fail this time as I wasn’t able to find fresh cranberries. I tried to use a hack to rehydrate dried cranberries but it did not taste right and the consistency was off. Definitely will only make it in the future when fresh cranberries are available. The picture is the cranberry walnut pie I made for Thanksgiving and it was superb!
