The world wide web will no longer be. There will be smaller, regional webs, and a surpassing but smaller decentralized network. You will not be able to get real time information from other parts of the world except for if you're technically professional.

The normal people will fall into echo chambers that allow the governments of this world to better control them and feed their narrative.
