Actual value being realized (the actual value of housing right now is 2 - 3X lower than home prices are at right now) and a giant liquidation of RE holdings will happen.
It'll be a buyers market.
This, of course, is simply my opinion and I understand that I may be very, very wrong but . . . well, you know . . . there it is.
