Regional Bank Stocks Close at Lowest Level Since 2020.

Two banks are down 25% & 19% PacWest and Western Alliance respectively. But according to Janet the banks are resilient and safe

It's a confidence game... with regional bank sentiment being what it is, stock price reflects confidence.
