how many of us here use Broadcast on Damus? if not many, we can deprecate this

I use it to try and broadcast posts I reply to. If it would or is done automatically, that would be great! 🐶🐾🫡
Feels like it should be a bit more automatic with repost? Don’t know if it works that way today. It’s good to have the option, but I don’t know, I’d probably get the raw json option before this one :) seems like we’re moving out of the dev optimized phase. At least enough to put it behind a dev option in settings maybe to turn on extra debug features. The UX could probably use some design refactoring throughout the app…
not sure how it should ship, but I would love the granularity to simply toggle on and off things from this menu.
I use it when reposting posts from rsslay profiles to make sure others can see it.
NIP-65 will make broadcasting unnecessary, so i’d rather see support in Damus for that first before deprecating broadcasting.
A few clients have made good progress on NIP-65 already, looking good!
Used it today. No idea what it does though.
What’s the diff between that and repost?
