The answer is, they do, just not for Whites. There are Leftist Black Nationalist and Asian Nationalist political movements.

It doesn't exist in the West because more open policies are being used to weaken ethnic solidarity. We're in a state of mass suicide. Those who reject that suicide are naturally going to swing toward more rigid traditionalist expressions of nationalism.
