If Saylor is selling $MSTR to buy #Bitcoin, why would anyone buy $MSTR? That you cannot custody yourself(ie you don't own it), you can't send nor receive it as you wish like real Bitcoin..

$MSTR is not for retail, they are addressing a different market.
