It's quite possible, though really all they want is money to fill the huge pensions blackhole that officially doesn't exist. Funny thing is, I wouldn't mind contributing to the local council so much if it was voluntary in nature but extortion theft and blackmail aren't my bag, especially not when it's to pay the pensions of people too lazy to work hard.
