I feel the need to read founding fathers revolutionary philosophy like Locke or Paine.
Anyone have any good recommendations?

I’d start with “Common Sense” by Thomas Paine. Came out in 1776, the year of the Declaration of Independence, and reflects the founders philosophy wonderfully
Cato’s Letters, by John Trenchard and Thomas Gordon, were popular in the revolutionary era though less known now.
I’ll have to check that out. Thanks
