Follow a lot more people and interact with posts/people you find interesting. It’s easy enough to unfollow uninteresting or problematic accounts later on. There’s no FYP algo here pumping content you “might” be interested in into your feed, so it really is just about who you follow and interact with.

Thank you. I appreciate the follow-up and the follow. Though I wasn’t fishing for the follow I appreciate it. 🤣 I have been trying to interact and whatnot so more time is needed. This is a new space for me so figuring out the ins and outs has been challenging.
Ha 😂 happy to follow 🫡 It’s a different environment here for sure. I find it feels a bit more like in-person social dynamics than other social media. Sometimes your feed is just, sometimes it isn’t. Depends who you follow and what they’re posting, how much you’re replying to them and vice versa. You just kind of get to know people over time and they get to know you. The BS influencer engagement farming you see on platforms like X don’t really gain traction here because it’s just people pushing content, not algos. That said, there are a couple clients/apps toying with algo/custom feeds. Primal and Nostr.band have some. It’s nice that they’re completely optional though.
