Yes, and here too, but to keep it real, real,, the Patriot act renders any and all fiat rights granted by this fiat government, just as fake, and fiat as the dollar bill.

Our rights are God given, and every so often, we need remind these idiots of that fact.

Yea there is always that. But under normal circumstances, we still get it here, although not always the most 'just' justice system. But, I did have charges dropped on me for something I was looking at 20 to 40 for (large amount of LSD 😬), so I have to say it worked at least once.

Happy as fuck for you, the drug laws are unconstitutional any damn way.

I couldn't get off even when I was innocent as fuck, they termed it the color of law.

Yea that would have been bad. And was only 18 at the time so even worse. The system got me eventually though for that 'evil' plant. But I think two alleged and former friends who were arrested with me that night talked. It was one of theirs but my car so they bitched out.
