𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺!

Every August 1st, Bitcoiners celebrate the reality that it is the 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘴 -- not the miners, or the exchanges, or the extremely wealthy -- who control Bitcoin. 6 years ago today, Bitcoin proved once and for all that it could not be co-opted or corrupted. On this day in 2017, Bitcoiners showed those who thought they had all the power that Bitcoin is not a democracy, but an anarchy, with rules but no rulers, dependent on the choice of the 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘭 to run its protocol, not the collective.
