Currently two months into my new supplement routine, aiming to naturally boost my testosterone levels by a few hundred points. I’m feeling as strong and energetic as ever. Doing my best to cut down on junk food—no easy task with a job that keeps me constantly on the move. I’ve swapped fizzy drinks for more water and added more fruit to help curb my sweet tooth cravings.

Supplement stack:

- Tongkat Ali: 400mg per day

- Omega-3: 1 capsule daily

- Creatine: 6 grams per day (with plenty of water)

- Vitamin D3: 1000 IU daily

- Zinc & Magnesium: taken at night
