There is no such thing as untouched and secure. These drive chains still need to peg in and out of the main chain. This will clog up the base layer like ordinals, only thousand times worse

No, since it can also be implemented on lightning and that is the intention.

Implement a binary on lighting using taproot? Give me an example of a legit use case for this.
