If the goal of government is EU membership, they will slowly implement all regulations, both existing and planned. Same happened in Latvia before joining EU in 2004.

There are multiple types of legislations in EU. MiCA is regulation, which means implementing it 100% is mandatory for all EU member states. https://european-union.europa.eu/institutions-law-budget/law/types-legislation_en

But Ukraine isn’t yet fully a member of the EU! So, they shouldn’t integrate it. Any way, it’s fucked from the core!

At least it affects only legal businesses, like CEXes, not OTC trades and P2P markets between private individuals using self custodial wallets.
