I’m a fully fat adapted carnivore and a lean mass hyper responder. I still drink alcohol on occasion but have to be very careful due to now being very sensitive to it.
Im now a cheap date😂

Low BF % = low potential PUFA.
Maintaining no tolerance to alcohol is a great way to auto moderate.
