Crimes have to be proven by actual evidence and testimony of actual witnesses. I understand that corrupt legal systems and corrupt officials within legal systems exist. So I don't discount that people are sometimes charged and convicted wrongfully. I also don't agree with every law that the government enacts and enforces. But some people right now are acting like the entire legal and judicial process in the US has been thrown out the window and that's simply not true.
