Oh they closed the fiat gates. :(

Use a VPN, change country, and then change your market region in the app store.

Or you can get a 2nd google account (or get a cheap android phone), choose a different region.

If you have active subscriptions on Apple for like Apple Music or an app it doesn’t let you I don’t think
