Having issues with nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm this morning. In Zeus (connected to my Alby account) it shows multiple pending/unpaid invoices. I can confirm that the circled ones in the screenshot below both show up as successfully sent on the sender side, but the funds are not in my Alby account and the invoices show as unpaid. Where did the sats go? The 272 was a zap sent from Wallet of Satoshi by a user who DMd me about it, and 100 was a test transaction sent by me from Breez to my Alby address. Any idea what’s up? Alby, any help?

we had some delays this morning and the app was a bit slow. is that resolved?

Not sure if it’s resolved. At least 3 of those transactions are confirmed as showing sent from the sender, but still not received in my Alby account. The 272 was sent by nostr:npub13pnmakf738yn6rv2ex9jgs7924renmderyp5d9rtztsr7ymxg3gqej06vw from Wallet of Satoshi (zap). The 22 was sent from Strike by nostr:npub1tvqc82mv8cezhax5r34n4muc2c4pgjz8kaye2smj032nngg52clq0rkrq4 (zap). And the 100 was sent from Breez by me (non-zap). I checked my Alby dashboard as well and they don’t show there either.

The 21 sat zap at the top was another test I sent, this time from my Primal wallet. It shows successfully sent in Primal but I paid in my Alby account. And there are several more unpaid invoices, presumably attempted zaps from other people.

Here are the payment hashes and sending wallet for 6 of the invoices that Zeus currently shows as unpaid. For each of these I’ve been able to confirm with the senders that their wallet shows them as successfully sent, but the payments don’t show in my wallet balance or my Alby dashboard. Just trying to give as much info as possible to troubleshoot. Let me know if I can give any other info. It’s a relatively small number of sats, but would be more concerning if it happens more over the long term.

thanks for the info. and yes, I can confirm the delay had affected those invoices. Sadly longer than expected.

But all of them should be credited now and visible in the transaction list.
