A short interval of time when #Bitcoin #nostriches try to stress out the #lightning network zapping whatever they can and posting as much Meme they can.

Days for the #zapathon are Thursday (1hr) and Friday (30mins/1hr, not sure😅) at 21:00 UTC.

Usually #zapathon is also used to target specific #nostriches that deserved recognition for the value their apported to the protocol or #Nostr as community in general.

Advices for a perfect #zapathon:

- Have a functional #lighnting wallet static addres set.. have maybe a backup, better habe an alternative if for example your WalletOfSatoshi crash during the #zap storm.

- Be sure to have #sats, they are your ammunition. ⚡🪖

- Try to put a note with a comment or a meme attached to your #zap (double tap ⚡ on #Amethyst or long press on #Damus)

- Check out zaplife.lol to see the statistics and zaps live and enjoy the feed (that's why you should put a comment or meme on zaps)

- If you need Meme or Gif check the Creators page of nostr.build you will find there tons of them (also mine page of course 😜)

- Before the starts stretch your fingers and thumbs, especially if you are not using #OneTapZap option 😅

- Take some snack with you and stay hidrated.

.. remember it's not important the amount of your zap, what matters is the #Zap itself.
