So what are people’s thoughts on NIP5 vs. bluesky verification? I don’t have an invite yet to bluesky but from what I’ve seen they have made it pretty easy by just applying a TXT record to your domain that they supply inside the app UI. I don’t have a super informed opinion here, so asking the room.

TXT record is a good implementation. It would work for websites that are hosted on Squarespace that don't have the ability to write files to the root directory of the website like you have to do for nip-05.
NIP05 uses a simple json file containing the pairs of usernames public keys. Super easy to implement
