I don't have anything for her if she won't drink water that's not distilled.

Not getting any minerals in your water, abs drinking 2 gallons a day, especially if she's on the lower end of the human scale (meaning she's not a big dude and women tend to be smaller than men, on average), drinking 2 gallons a day of any water might be too much for her system to balance if she's not getting enough salt and other electrolytes.

Oh, ill effin make her drink toilet water

Find out why she's drinking 2 gallons a day.

I work as a welder. I sweat a lot. I'm very large, still. I never need more than 1.5 gallons in a really bad day.

I actually appreciate this thread. I am so sorry for Bass's wife.

I too drink not-distilled but filtered pure water. I figure tap water is pretty dirty. However, I take natural salts.

Afraid of bad tasted heavy metal induced water. But, filtering minerals is not so good either, I guess.

Drinking 2 gallon or 2 litters of water was (still is?) once a big thing among women. For diet and health. I used to do that too.

I read an Eastern med doc's book that explains drinking a lot of water is not necessarily good and changed my habit.

So, 2 liters is a half gallon. Then, 2 gallons will be 4 liters. That is a lot.

8L.

~4L per gallon.

I think filtering your water is necessary, but... Re-mineralizing it is also better for your body. Water that is too pure, especially when one is drinking that much water, can dilute your blood enough to be deadly.
