Blue collar, technical dummy, bitcoin lover here. Can someone explaine what is happening behind the code or how it's generating SATs? Thank you 🙏

If you run a WiFi router (access-point) that supports TollGate at home, you can resell your connection directly for SATs.
TollGate is a protocol so can technically work on any hardware, the Routers are the easiest first implementation of it.
I still have no idea what that means.
It's just another way to try to stop people from offering free anonymous wifi networks
So like if I'm using my phone as a hotspot at a cafe other guests at the cafe could avoid the cafe wifi and use my hotspot at the cost of some Sats?
Maybe, not sure if it works on phones. It would make more sense on a phone than a typical home wifi network since phones have limited battery and stuff
Would a home wifi connection only function in an apartment complex or something where there are lots of people close enough to pick up the signal?
Probably
Thank you for your patience answering all of my questions. I really appreciate that.
P.S. I tried to zap you but you don't have a wallet attached to your account
Indeed, I'm waiting for nostr to have more Monero or doggie coin tipping
