What exactly does "civil libertarians" mean? Are they some sort o part-time libertarians? Do they believe libertarian things just for the weekends? Or are they too polite libertarians-light so as not to offend the easily offended leftists? They are probably libertarians in the same way that I am a vegan: just for the time I don't eat meat.
