How do ppl end up on those lists if theyve never been involved in crypto before those emails?

Thanks Ill have a look. My vpn used to take care of it but you can only choose one email. Its not the best option. What started worrying me a few years ago was that I used my full name for emails (work stuff etc) now knowing that the data gets sold on the “darkweb” are there any tools that actually protect the real person. The repercussions on diff levels of reality are quite severe.
I thought about a AI and if theres the possibility to create an ID copy that would “fight” off all of the negativity, spam and shit that comes with it. Obviously only if the people affected would want a tool like that.
