What sane person does think this is a great idea after all we know today?

Who gets from the money...
The discourse about the vaccine in Brazil is completely different than in the US. I fully believe that people like Lula fully believe in the efficacy of the vaccine and whatever else they are told by the experts. And given the county's history and poverty levels, they truly believe they are doong good.
