If you're looking for recommendations
For weight loss I'd aim for 0.5-1g of protein per pound of lean mass (this is higher than most recommendations) and a little fat until you reach satiety
For steady weight you want 80%+ of your daily calories from fat, and the remainder protein
Yeah, pretty much but the exact numbers depend on the person. Some do well on 70% fat. And most people should likely eat around the upper end of your recommendation. 0.5g translates to around 1lb of beef per day for a 70kg person. That's super low from what I know.
