I'm more than just thankful for this, I'm blessed beyond words..

So I've been a big dude my entire life, not crazy insane big but definitely fat. So 30 days ago as of today, I was looking at myself in the mirror (by this time I had been listening to self help videos and motivation recordings and I suppose I just had enough. I had a few tears followed by immediate anger, as my eyes was still finishing up with watering, I was already super mad at the fact I have wasted all this time
