Marinade for 5-10 hours.
Bring an all metal pan up to *very hot*
Pre-heat broiler.
Pat dry meat.
Drop it in the pan, transfer the pan to the oven KEEP THE OVEN DOOR CRACKED to keep the heating element on.
Wait 4-5 min.
FLIP
Wait 3-4 min
Remove pan from oven.
Remove steak from pan, wrap in tin foil.
Melt some butter in the pan that's now got a bit of juice on the bottom.
Add a dash of worcestershire.
Slice meat very thin against the grain.
Salt meat.
Dip & Enjoy.
