Does anyone else here use swan bitcoin to DCA? Do you know what’s going on with the company? They paused my purchase plan and I can’t restart it

It's weird because a lot of people are for Swan. But I hear a lot of complaints about Swan kind of weird.
I really liked the free education the company provides and the have some of the best people in the space supporting them. Idk if I continue to have issues I may leave .
There's a period of time where some services are on hold as they transition from Prime Trust to a different set of custodians (BitGo and Fortress). You should have gotten an email. Services should be restored May 30
Ya I heard that as well. I got another message saying because of policy changes in my state (CA). If they don’t start my plan up within the next few days I may stuck with River
You should have recieved an email. They're moving custodians from Prime Trust to Fortress Trust. From what I can tell it's a good thing, but check it out.
