Exercise is best when it's fun, otherwise I struggle with motivation if my routine is out.
Had a knee injury like 16 months ago spent a year sitting around so I'm really happy to be back to this.
I empathise a lot more with people that struggle with mobility after that experience, it's something I always took for granted.
Hope you continue to improve with your issues, I still can't run long distance myself without my knees both giving me hell.
