Replying to Avatar Garth

How does/would that work if someone who is subscribed to your publishing relay then Reposts? Presumably people on their other relays would be able to see it? Can you restrict Reposting at relay level?

thinking more about it, you can send the content to them as a direct message, which they could obviously post publicly, but it would probably be too much friction.
