What kind of retainer do you have that can't handle sparkling water tho? It's just CO2 and water. Unless this is some kind of weird Brit thing I'm too American to understand.

I’m not sure, I never asked my dentist so I’ve been too afraid to drink with it in 😂🤣👀 I didn’t realise you could 🤯 just changed my life with a single note Jay 🫂😂💜

What's it made out of? When I had braces and then wore a retainer, I was still in high school so I guess I never really had to worry. Now I just wear mine at night every so often.
