If 5+ accounts that you are directly following say so, it marks all posts for you as inappropriate. You can still click to see them or follow the spammer to get back to normal.

Which is a pretty neat feature if you ask me.
If 5+ accounts I follow want to mute a user (which is fair enough) I will automatically adopt this and can only see the content if click reveal or I follow the 'spammer'? Quite confusing as nostr is populated with real spam so I would naturally assume it's some spam bot and not just some user people don't like. 'Spammer' as you mention here being a v v extended definition and goes beyond what I and I assume many people, would usually think of. Anyway it's a slick app, but I'm not really down with this feature ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
