if you see “contact for price” it probably means it is an overpriced enterprise product that is not worth your money

You also don’t want to pay full list price for enterprise products. When I previously worked for a company supplying enterprise network equipment, we would often get 60%-90% discount from the vendors (depending on the size of the deal and the particular products) so even after adding our margin the end customer still got it a lot cheaper than list price.

On the flipside these overpriced B2Bs are the only people making any good many in SaaS. So good for them!
