Egg in coffee? That one’s new to me! How do you prep it?

Are you aware of bulletproof coffee? Don't want to preach to the choir! Basically black coffee with butter blended in. Original was coffee plus butter plus MCT oil. Then people started variations...raw egg works. I blend the egg into the coffee plus butter as minimally as possible. I turn blender speed to min and crack the egg in for the last few moments. (I think high speed blending potentially harms the nutritional benefits of the egg)
