Replying to Avatar Vake

My Macs have all lasted about five years, and most iPhones at least two to three. I could’ve probably used them even longer, but willingly chose to upgrade.

In fact, my bitcoin core node runs on a 2015 MacBook Air I wasn’t using anymore.

I have a PowerBook from ~2004 that still works fine. It’s grossly outdated but it felt top of the line back then 😂

Which is to say: the second-hand or refurbished market for macs is very high quality for the price, especially when you can start to get M1-M2 computers for ~$300
