What's your take on starches grown in the garden? Mainly potatoes. They grow like crazy where I'm at. Curious to know your thoughts.

As long as they’re grown regeneratively ie no pesticides, herbicides etc then they’re great 👍

Agreed. I tried keto but eventually I thought that if I can't eat garden potatoes then it's bullshit lol.
