It's unclear what you're referring to there, unless you mean the placeholder image before logging in to redeem your card? That's not an image of your actual card, but makes sense if that's the cause of the confusion.
Our international prepaid Visa cards work in Canada, as well as most other countries.
Please reach out to our support if you need help. So far there's still no ticket from you.

I tought the challenge token was meant to give the card away or something like that.
I got a new problem tho.
First card worked well but my last 2 have been blocked. Seems like there's nothing you can do on your end but it's annoying to have to call them for that.
If it dosen't do that for every card this app could be a game changer to live in a bitcoin standard.
