Biden AI regulations could end up being a blessing. All the big actors will be forced to comply meanwhile the open source ai community will keep doing what they're doing.

Open Source AI will have an eaiser time out competiting.

Wonder if there will be federal inquisititors looking for AI projects on Github and NOSTR and all that. Privacy would be the most important hedge against enforcement.
