flat rate, mempool.space adds their own 50k to 100k sat fee that doesn’t go towards acceleration, and then the rest goes to miners

So it’s really for a very-high-fee-and-slow-confirmations-because-you-drastically-under-paid-and-urgently-need-to-push-it-through-faster-and-will-pay-for-it sort of scenario. Got it 🤝
