Yes, improvement/decline in personal areas throughout year, what I learned for the difficult times and how to move forward, personal goals for the year, what do I want to do to impact lives of others this year, etc.

Time is very short. Healing comes slowly from loss. Be kind to yourself during that healing process. Learn/experience something new during the year. Personally I want to grow in faith in God and help others through difficulties.
