Lactose intolerant? Or maybe just pasteurized milk intolerant?
Raw milk still contains lactase—the enzyme that helps digest lactose. Pasteurization kills it. Maybe the issue isn’t dairy—it’s what we’ve done to it.

Raw milk is the first milk that hasn’t upset my stomach and I never knew how to explain it to people who are skeptical
That’s amazing to hear. My mother in law has a serious dairy allergy and she can drink raw milk no problem
I developed my intolerance around the same time I developed my wheat intolerance (gluten). So there may be a connection. It matters not whether if I consume raw or not. Same for goats milk or any dairy now.
