What about an app where I can create and issue personalized vouchers to gift to someone? For example a made some vouchers to give to my girlfriend for her birthday, “1 foot rub” , “1 special request meal”, etc. What about a being able to issue vouchers and track how many are outstanding, who has them, when they were redeemed, comments or reviews by the person who redeemed them. Maybe the issuer can control whether or not the voucher can be traded by the original recipient. Beyond free foot rubs, merchants could use this to issue promotional vouchers, services etc. If issuer is not honoring voucher services then holders of all outstanding vouchers can be notified, or have a trust rating for the voucher issuer adjusted.
