- Need ALVR for wireless connection
- need to setup adb
- need to setup oculus-rules so xandr can recognize it
- Need to delete steamvrsettings from common config to prevent steamVR booting into safe mode.

Also needs the open source nvidia drivers and the cuda toolkit installed (I'm not a 100% sure about whether this is absolutely needed, but ALVR recommends it and I couldn't get it to work without it.
